Our Western Turkey tour. The Greek Islands and Athens trip were certainly an amazing holiday for us. Thanks for the expertise of The Greece Med Travel Centre, everything was spot on! The Turkeycoach trip with first class coaches with exceptionally friendly,helpful and knowledge guides was fantastic. The transfers from hotels to ferries or airports could not be faulted, the organisation was perfect. We loved the Greek Islands and hope to return one day. The ancient history of Ephesus, Knossos, Delphi and monasteries of Meteora were unbelievable. Thank you so much for our trouble free holiday and with your help and recommendations based on your experience and knowledge made this trip incredible. Just writing to express our appreciation for the excellent service provided by your local agents in Athens and Istanbul. From the time we landed in Athens and departed Istanbul our schedule was strictly adhered to. All our pick up and drop off were on time. You may or may not be aware, on our arrival in Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International airport (28/09) the bus, taxi and Metro services were on strike. We were fortunate that we had booked our entire trip through GMTC. We had you do the worrying for us. On arrival we were met by the local representatives and with guests from other flight arrivals were transferred to our hotels in a coach. This was expected due to the current political unrest in Greece. Apart from this incident all our cruises, sightseeing and shopping trips were on schedule.

A quick note to tell you how fantastic our Turkey tour through the Greece and Mediterranean Travel Centre and their local operator is. We have been staying in 4 & 5 star hotels and food and service has been terrific. We can not understand how they can do this for the price. Our guide is so knowledgeable in the customs and traditions of Turkey and nothing is too much trouble.

A big thank you for all the wonderful arrangements you made for us. Egypt was outstanding and I can't speak highly enough of the people you organised to look after us whilst we were there. For a single mother travelling with two youngsters, the tour reps and guides were fabulous, and we couldn't have been better cared for. The kids had a ball. The camel rides at the Gizo pyramids, the mummies at the Cairo museum, shopping in the Cairo bazaar, the mosques, the hot air balooning in Luxor and the felucca sailing from the Sheraton hotel and donkey rides around a village in Luxor were highlights for the children, as was the Nile cruise dinner in Cairo with belly dancing and whirling dervish. I have recently returned from an Egyptian Treasures holiday and wanted to inform you of the delightful time we had. South Sinai Travel, especially Mohammed Azziz in Cairo was one of the most efficient travel companies I have dealt with. It was our 20th wedding annivesary and they did everything to ensure we had a good time. This included securing an upgrade to a suite (twice) at the Cairo Marriot, and giving me a bunch of flowers. The transport was clean, the drivers very courteous and the guides knowledgeable. The staff/crew on the Nile Cruise on the Oberoi Philae ensured our time on the boat was extremely comfortable and pleasurable. Our whole Egyptian experience went without a hitch and I would have no hesitation in recommending your holiday to anyone.

Hello Halina, Just letting you know that David and Lisa (my daughter and son-in-law) have returned from their Grecian honeymoon.Everything you booked for them ran like clockwork, and was seamless. Lisa chose a different hotel than the one you suggested in Athens, because it looked so cool. She said the location was fantastic, but the property was not as clean as it should be. All the other properties during their honeymoon were as you recommended and they were all very good. They ended up spending one night at the Mykonian K. Of course they loved the room at the Mykonian K. And then they went to the Ambassador, and loved the location of the Ambassador. They were upgraded to the honeymoon suite at the Canaves, and they absolutely loved it. They were so upset they had to come home, as they thoroughly enjoyed the Canaves and Santorini. You are doing a magnificent job Halina, and I look forward to some more bookings with you.

We had a great trip, Turkey is a great country. The landscape is so diverse; the history amazing, weather warm/hot and our travelling companions great! Our guide Metin was very knowledgeable and proud of his country and culture, with a good sense of humour. Our driver did a sterling job, lots of road works in Turkey and long distances some days. We did the 7 island tour option and this was lovely, a time to relax and swim. I also did the hot air ballooning, which was magic, the landscape is amazing! We were lucky to have a group of 17, this made getting about easier, varying ages and 2 Brits, everyone got on well. Some days were long with 7.30 starts, but this was in our best interests and everyone agreed to it. The Ramada hotel, became like home, they and 2 others also had tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, which was a big hit with Lorraine and I. So now our job is to download our hundreds of photos, so we can relive the fabulous experience, flight all went well!

I had a lovely trip in Egypt had no major hiccups and most everything went smooth they came and picked us up and checked everything including our transit while we were waiting for out flights to Abu Simbel made sure we checked in ok and asked if or rooms were ok. My guide in Chiro was the best Rhanda knew her history and was knowledgeable I would recommend her to anyone. Also the tour guide I had from Lake Nasser was very good as well. The turkey tour we couldn't have timed it better we had the best Tour guide his name was Haseiyn he was very very good the guy runs the tours like clockwork when he is doing them. Very knowledgable in all history he is a Uni lecturer when he is not a tour guide only 37 amazing. He had been doing this for 17 years he knows the towns and area like the back of his hand the bus driver was a very, very safe driver he also worked well with Haseiyn. I later found clips of him on you tube and everyone praised him For running faultless tours. He also made sure where possible the hotels chosen all had sea views and that we didn't handle or have to carry our own bags most of the time collected and sent to the bus by the bell boys he is very good at what he does we were really lucky we struck him.I loved Turkey the contrast of the country is amazing and the infrastructure very good that country is growing at such a fast rate it's amazing until you go there no one really tells you what it's like until you go yourself what a lovely place much more self sufficient than I thought and modern due to the fact that they are in a very strategic place and have a lot of countries surrounding it. What a melting pot really We really enjoyed it .Thank you girls for arranging great tours I am so glad I decided to chose you to do the tours I will make sure that I recommend you should anyone I know want to visit those countries.

We had a wonderful time and your recommendations and arrangements were first class. Whilst we had a fabulous holiday in UK and Paris, Greece was one of the highlights for us. The Athens part and Islands we selected were just right. All accommodations were perfect and we would highly commend your clients to consider staying in these places. When we collected our vouchers etc from Halina prior departure, I mentioned to her what a great job you did for us. Thank you very much for the great trip of Turkey & Greece we just completed. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time. I would particularly like to mention Hotel Ramada in Istanbul which went out of its way to make our stay more comfortable. On the first day we arrived in Istanbul at 5:30 am and reached hotel at 6:30 am. They provided us room within one hour though their policy is to provide room after mid-day. We arrived back from our Turkey tour around 2:00 pm and we were to fly to Trabzon by 8:10 pm flight. Our taxi was to pick us up at hotel around 6:30 pm. The Ramada Duty manager provided us with room between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at no extra cost. The tour guide in Turkey Mr Miten was excellent in terms of his knowledge and his organising ability. The bus driver Salem of Global Travel was excellent driver who not only drove safely, kept bus in immaculate condition. I can say the same comments about tour guide and coach driver in Greece. Santorini was beautiful, relaxing and the resort there was again outstanding. There were absolutely no issues and I will definitely spread the word about your organisation.

Dear Halina and Staff, We would like to thank you and your staff for organising our Greek holiday so well. Every thing worked out perfectly, the flights, the hotels, the transfers etc. we had such a great holiday. We particularly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Renos Villas in Santorini, terrific hospitality and the breakfasts were a wonderful Greek experience, just what we wanted. We enjoyed getting lost in the maze of streets in Mykonos while shopping or looking for somewhere to eat. Olympia, Delphi and Meteora were breath taking. First of all let me say that the trip was fantastic. Everything went well in Egypt and both Carol and I had a wonderful time once again. Both hotels were excellent to stay in once again! Before we left friends and acquaintances were full of all sorts of advice as to 'safety' while we were there, even down to not wearing jewellery (Carol has a few 'rocks' on her fingers and I have 3 gold 'pharaoh' style cartouche rings which I have bought over the years) but I was pretty sure that all would be ok over there, and it was. Though we did mainly cab around at night - I am used to walking to the restaurants and back but Carol insisted we cab it, so I missed my usual walks through the city (I love the 'alive' atmosphere of Cairo at night). We walked around once during the day through Tahrir, down into the underground and around the streets and found that everything was ok; people were as friendly as ever. I still felt totally safe while I was over there. The Menya side trip was the highlight. We loved every minute of it. May I say that the Driver (Mohammad) and the Guide (Mustafa) we were allotted were absolutely terrific. We had a lot of fun with the Guide and I think he really enjoyed our company as well. Both road trips were great - the trip from Menya to Luxor through the Desert was just phenomenal. You go through this massive gorge at one place for ages and it was just superb. We stopped off at a roadhouse in the middle for a cool drink and amenity break and met the family running it. The oldest son (13) sat with us and practiced his English and the father sat with me for a while and I practiced my Arabic. It was a really lovely break in the trip.I would certainly do that again. Just wanted to let you know we had an amazing time in Jordan-Petra-Dead Sea and Amman. What a beautiful country, people and food. Petra was just mind blowing, the accommodation throughout the trip was good-Petra hotel location was the best, looking out over the Petra valley mountain peaks...wow! The Dead Sea Spa was brilliant. Loved floating in the Dead Sea, we are truly sorry we didn't stay there for a week... we could have easily... But all in all we did a lot in the 4 days we had there...just wished we did a longer trip... We will visit again one day. Our driver Annan was great and the guide in Petra was also very nice & so full of knowledge! So once again thank you very much for organising the trip. We would not hesitate to use you again for a future holiday.

We have recently returned from a holiday in Israel and Jordan organised by you with Kerry at Travel on Parade. We had a wonderful time and would like to give you some feedback which may be useful for future clients. We were impressed with the service given in Israel and Jordan. We were accompanied by 2-3 people in Israel and were very lucky to be the only ones in Jordan. I would like to recommend our guide in Jordan to any of your future clients. Her name is Rania Wael and she is an amazing young woman, very knowledgeable and passionate about her country and its history and also lots of fun. She is also very kind and understanding and excellent at her job. The Petra Panorama Hotel had the best view in Petra - most rooms, including ours, had a balcony with the most amazing scenery. At the beginning of the week I returned from a holiday in Greece which we booked through the Greece and Mediterranean Travel Centre. I would like to thank you all for the experience we had in Greece. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, everything we had booked worked out perfectly. Efficient transfers, good accommodation and even personal contact with the operators in Greece meant that we had a flawless itinerary and a fantastic time. Thank you Dianne Winarczyk. P.S Just a mention re: accommodation. The Hotel Renos Villas in Santorini was brilliant. Keep recommending it because we could not have felt more welcome or been better fed than we were there! The family who own the hotel deserve all their business.
